“Having those discussions, in which we work together to understand what is it that we need ‘to believe in order to believe’ a start-up would be successful, is personally inspiring and professionally satisfying. These entrepreneurs pursue their goals with limitless passion, and yet some of them have to have the guts to change their vision when the markets shift and climates change. I can’t imagine anything else I would rather be doing than helping them achieve their goals.”
