A Different Approach

We believe collaboration is the key to startup success, so forget hierarchies. We’ve kept our team the size it is so that from day one, you’ll have direct access to the very people who can help you the most. Financially, intellectually and emotionally, we’re behind our entrepreneurs all the way.

Entrepreneur in Residence Program

The Trinity Ventures Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program is designed to help entrepreneurs discover their next adventure, whether it be starting a business, taking on a new leadership role at an existing company or moving into the VC world. EIRs are encouraged to avail themselves of all Trinity has to offer; from connecting with our extensive networks, to brainstorming with partners and joining pitch meetings. Our EIRs are given open access to the world of venture capital, revealing how opportunities are evaluated and investments are structured. Over the course of three months, our EIRs are integral members of our team, attending our Monday partner meetings, sitting in on regular strategy sessions and working with the entire investment team to source, evaluate and champion investments. We form lasting relationships with our EIR alumni as permanent members of the #TrinityFamily and celebrate the Trinity EIR alums each year with an exclusive alumni only get-together.
